Preschoolers are watching what parents and adults in their life are doing all the time. That’s why wellness should be modeled in the home. If you want your child to eat vegetables-try making a greater effort to load your plate up with veggies (while being excited about it). If you want your child to handle anger and frustration well-consider checking your own response and adjusting, as needed.
