The holiday’s are just around the corner and you might be scrambling to figure out last minute gifts for your child. This year you might consider getting your child a gift that create opportunities for open ended play. Some gifts ideas might be: blocks, legos, magna tiles, marble runs, play dough, and pretend play items. There are many more that can be added to this list. Open ended play promotes creativity, critical thinking, and imagination.
